Billing and Cancellation

If you’d like to change your payment method, contact us, and we’ll send you the link to change the payment method. If you’d like to cancel, please get in touch with us or find Paddle’s email with the link to the cancellation page.

Invoices

Invoices are sent to your billing email.

EU VAT ID

If you haven’t added the VAT ID in the checkout, email [email protected] and they can do it for existing subscriptions so you are not charged VAT.
