Pareto Cloud is receiving reports

Why Reports Matter

When your device is linked to Pareto Cloud, it periodically sends security status reports to your team's dashboard. This allows administrators to monitor the security posture of all devices in the organization.

Troubleshooting Steps

If reports are not being sent, try these steps:

Run a manual check by clicking on the Pareto Security icon in the menu bar and selecting "Run Checks", or use
    paretosecurity://runChecks

Check for app updates by navigating to Preferences → About, or use paretosecurity://update

If issues persist, try restarting the app using paretosecurity://restart

Verify your device is still linked in Preferences → Cloud tab

If the device was removed from the team, you will need to re-link it using an invite link from your
    administrator
