How to disable AirDrop

• Open Finder, click AirDrop in the sidebar.
• Under Allow me to be discovered by select Contacts Only or No One. You can also set this in System Settings under General and AirDrop & Handoff
• You can find AirDrop shortcut in your macOS Notification Center shortcuts.
• If you're turning it on and off regularly, add it as a fixed shortcut into your menu bar by configuring it in the Dock & Menu Bar in System Settings.
