Check Error
In some cases, Pareto cannot decide whether to pass or fail a check, and marks the check as “errored”. This can happen for various reasons, such as problems with the Internet connection, missing permissions, or the check itself having an issue.
Try the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Update the Pareto app to the latest version.
- Restart the Pareto app.
- Restart your computer.
- Reinstall the Pareto app.
- If you are technically inclined, check the logs.
- If all else fails, contact support and let us help you.
