1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account at Pareto Cloud, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, refrain from following the login link sent to your email.

2. Account Registration

  • Mandatory Registration: Creating an account is required to use Pareto Cloud.
  • Information Accuracy: Provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
  • Security: You are responsible for your account credentials and must notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Free Trial

  • No Credit Card Required: Enjoy a free account without providing payment information.
  • Paid Upgrade: If you want to link more than 5 devices to Pareto Cloud, you must upgrade to a paid account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Starting a Subscription: To link more than 5 devices, add a payment method to subscribe via Paddle.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly. You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method.
  • Refunds: Requests within 30 days of purchase can be made by contacting us.

5. Use of Service

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pareto Cloud per these Terms.
  • Restrictions: Do not use Pareto Cloud unlawfully, reverse engineer it, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and features are owned by Pareto Security. Do not reproduce or distribute any part of Pareto Cloud without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pareto Cloud for violating these Terms or harming the Company or other users, without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pareto Cloud.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Liechtenstein. Any disputes will be resolved in Liechtenstein courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last update" date will reflect changes. Continued use signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
